How we handle what you send us

This note covers the contact form and email on kubinu.com. Project data is covered separately in each client contract.

What we collect

Your name, email, organisation, country and message, when you choose to send them. We also keep a one-way hash of your connection address for one hour, only to stop spam. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

Why

To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Nothing else. We never sell or share your details.

How long

Enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted, unless we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
