Kubinu Estate
Your mapped estate on a private web portal and phone app: blocks, progress, issues and map books in one place.
Once an estate is mapped, the maps should not sit in a drawer. Kubinu Estate puts the boundary, blocks, roads, drains and land cover on a private portal and an Android app for owners and estate managers. Staff report problems from the field with a photo and a GPS position, managers see them on the map, and every new map book arrives in the app.
The app works offline on the estate, where the network is weakest, and catches up when it is back in coverage. Access is by invitation, one account per person, and every change is logged.
