Site Check
A fixed-scope report on one plot before you buy, build or lend: boundary, terrain, flood risk, access and land cover.
Buying land often means trusting a survey plan, a seller and a short site visit. Site Check gives you an independent look before money changes hands. We plot the survey plan coordinates on recent imagery, check that the plot is where the plan says and that its area adds up, and look at the ground itself: slope, flood and waterlogging risk, road access, and what already stands on it.
You receive a short report with maps that a buyer, a bank or a developer can act on. Where something needs a closer look, we say what and why. Site Check is not a legal title search; it tells you what the land itself shows.
