Estate Mapping

A surveyed, mapped and planned estate: boundary, terrain, land use, plantable area and block layout in one map book.

Before the first seedling goes in, an estate owner needs to know three things: where the boundary really runs, how the ground lies, and how much of it can be planted. Estate Mapping answers all three for plantations and large farms, and turns the answers into a block, road and drain layout your team can build from.

We work from recent satellite imagery, a registered surveyor's ground data and our own field checks. Every map carries its source, date and coordinate system, and you receive the data as well as the map book.
